Outbound Marketing & HubSpot CRM Manager – Italy
This role sits at the core of outbound growth and pipeline generation, owning the full lifecycle of prospecting, lead nurturing, and CRM optimization. You will design and operate scalable outbound engines that transform high‑quality data into qualified opportunities, working closely with sales and marketing leadership to automate, measure, and continuously improve campaigns.
Accountabilities
Own end‑to‑end outbound prospecting workflows: source, enrich, segment, and prioritize leads.
Build, launch, and optimize cold email campaigns—testing messaging, subject lines, and send schedules to improve response and conversion rates.
Manage HubSpot CRM to ensure data accuracy, automation efficiency, and seamless lead handoff from marketing to sales.
Design and maintain automated workflows for qualification, follow‑ups, and deal creation within the CRM.
Monitor outbound performance metrics such as deliverability, open and reply rates, meetings booked, and pipeline value generated.
Create dashboards and regular reports to provide clear visibility into funnel health and campaign effectiveness.
Continuously improve outbound systems to reduce manual work and increase scalability and consistency.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in outbound marketing, demand generation, or sales operations roles.
Proven experience managing full outbound campaign lifecycles from prospecting to CRM‑qualified opportunities.
Strong hands‑on expertise with HubSpot CRM: workflows, sequences, reporting, and data hygiene.
Experience with lead sourcing and enrichment tools such as Apollo, Clay, PhantomBuster, ZoomInfo, or similar.
Solid understanding of cold email platforms, deliverability best practices, and inbox management.
Analytical mindset with confidence using spreadsheets, dashboards, and KPIs to drive decisions.
High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to operate in fast‑growing, remote environments.
Bonus: experience in B2B e‑commerce or SaaS, marketing analytics tools, automation platforms, or outbound copywriting.
