We’re looking for a
Private Wealth Client Associate
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a client‑focused professional who takes pride in operational excellence and delivering an exceptional client experience.
What You’ll Do
Process non‑trading client service requests and resolve inquiries with accuracy and follow‑through.
Onboard new client accounts, including collecting and reviewing required documentation.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering prompt and professional service.
Proactively educate clients on firm services, digital tools, and cash‑management solutions.
Support Financial Advisors with day‑to‑day administrative and operational needs.
Assist with client events and marketing initiatives in coordination with the Marketing team.
Participate in लगभग training, education, and firm initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
1+ years of experience in wealth management, RIA, or financial advisory environment.
Experience working with custodians such as Charles Schwab, Fidelity, or Pershing.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time‑management.
Exceptional client service and communication skills.
Team oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Willingness to obtain the Series 65 license.
