This tier 3 commercial builder has been longstanding within the WA market. With a focus on establishing key relationships, a high level of service and a reputation for delivering on time and on budget, they continue to pave the way in project delivery.
With a diverse range of work including unique architectural projects, they focus on apartments, education, government, heritage and hotels valued up to $20M.
Recently having secured a couple of projects in the educational sector, they are looking to expand the WA team with an experienced Contract Administrator.
Permanent, full time role with ongoing development
Work with a well-established national business
Very diverse range of projects including architecturally designed works
Centrally based office located just out of the city
Welcoming and supportive team environment
To be considered you will:
Have a relevant tertiary qualification Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Proven experience as Contract Administrator on similar sized commercial projects
Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
