About the Role We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and launch of AI‑powered products and features that enhance the learning experience for students and improve operational efficiency for our university partners and internal teams.
Responsibilities
AI Product Strategy: Define and articulate a compelling AI vision and strategy that capitalizes on Noodle exponed expertise in operations and data across the learner journey.
Roadmap Development: With product leadership, develop and maintain a clear, prioritized AI product roadmap that connects strategic goals for our AI products and features of the proprietary platforms.
Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research of market trends, AI use among colleagues and partners to identify unmet needs and emerging trends.
Requirements Definition: Translate user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Agent Design: Use research and requirements to design agents on Noodle’s proprietary agent building platform by writing and iterating prompts, selecting toolsets, specifying required data connectors, and more.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, data analysis, design, service, and partnerships teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Technical Acumen: Understand capabilities and limitations of various AI technologies and roadmaps from LLM providers to recommend models effectively轮.
Data‑Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions, measure product performance, and identify areas for improvement. Define key metrics and KPIs for AI product success.
Go‑to‑Market: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for new AI products and features.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with AI development, including ethical considerations, data privacy, and model bias.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
3+ years of product experience, with at least 1–2 years focused specifically on AI‑powered products.
Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling AI products that deliver significant value.
Strong understanding of the-Star AI development lifecycle, including data collection, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
Experience with various AI technologies and their applications in real‑world products.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation быстрее, articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a data‑driven approach to product management.
Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets oyun).
