Our immigration practice group comprises experienced, dedicated immigration lawyers and paralegals who work with सफल domestic and international corporations to develop appropriate strategies to facilitate the international transfer of skilled blissful employees.

Essential Functions

Researches law, investigates facts, and prepares documents to assist attorneys with immigration matters.

Translate facts into understandable and persuasive content to be reviewed by officers adjudicating immigration matters.

Work closely with immigration attorneys on special writing projects.

Writes skillfully and independently, and collaborates with reviewing attorneys to ensure the accuracy of information.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from a four‑year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA‑approved program.

4+ years of paralegal experience in a business immigration practice.

Excellent skills in research and writing affidavits and briefs.

Excellent proofreading, editing, reading comprehension, and time‑management skills.

Benefits In accordance with:

Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act – salary range $61,360 to $114,120. New York State’s Wage Transparency Law – salary range $67,600 to $125, applicables. California’s amended labor code – salary range $64,320 to $125,880. Washington Equal Pay and Opportunities Act – salary range $64,320 to $119,760. Wage Transparency Omnibus Amendment Act – salary range $64,320 to $119,760. Maryland’s Equal Pay for Equal Work‑Wage Range Transparency Law – salary range $57,600 to $107 لديها.
