A Day in the Life:

Are you passionate about flowers and love making people smile? We're looking for a Floral Department Manager to bring beauty and joy to our customers every day! As the Floral Department Manager, you'll be the creative genius behind our stunning floral displays, ensuring everything is fresh, fabulous, and ready to impress. Your day will be filled with arranging gorgeous bouquets, helping customers find the perfect blooms, managing sales, and maintaining the overall quality of the floral department. Responsibilities

Arrange bouquets and floral displays to high standards. Assist customers in selecting the right blooms and provide excellent customer service. Manage sales and maintain quality and freshness of floral products. Oversee daily operations of the Floral Department to ensure a well-organized and inviting space. Qualifications

Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Candidates with unique qualifications may be considered for compensation above this range. Depending on length of service, hours worked, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and/or Company policy, benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay, PTO/Vacation pay, paid holidays, bereavement pay and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401(k) eligibility).
