Field Marketing Manager Responsibilities
Identify and maintain industry tradeshow calendar, ensuring sponsorship and participation at key events.
Lead planning, logistics and execution of trade shows and events.
Manage ROI measurement, lead capture and pre/during/post-show campaigns.
Manage event specific collateral—brochures, signage and demo assets.
Plan and execute partner and customer events and others such as SKOs.
Own marketing SWAG and giveaways.
Support global evangelism efforts for Ambient IoT Awareness.
Manage end-to-end event sponsorship: logistics, vendor coordination, booth design, executive dinners, meetups, customer & partner activations, and messaging.
Own and manage tools related to registration and lead capture.
Deliver engaging product trainings and demos during events.
Track event performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with Sales and Demand Gen teams to identify target accounts, pipeline attribution, and lead handoff.
Creating a Foundational GTM structure and process for Field Marketing.
Marketing Content & Industry Outreach
Collaborate with internal experts to create and revise partner and event-related assets (presentations, one-pagers, demo scripts).
Partner with Demand Gen to design and execute field marketing strategy across conferences.
Support thought leadership and awareness campaigns targeted at industry-specific audiences (IoT, RFID, supply chain).
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across partner-facing activities.
Manage and drive monthly co-marketing partner activities.
Requirements
3–5 years in B2B marketing roles, preferably in event management and partner marketing.
Proven ability to execute events and work with external partners.
Experience in technology industries (IoT, RFID, SaaS, supply chain, or adjacent) preferred.
Working knowledge of marketing software (SFDC, HubSpot).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable presenting, demoing, and engaging with partner audiences.
Creative thinker with an execution mindset.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Able to lift boxes (up to 20 lbs.), unpack materials, extensive walking and standing for long periods of time while setting up, managing, and breaking down events.
Able to travel and participate in relevant tradeshows (up to 50%).
