About The Role Pro-MotionPix is seeking a full-time Automotive Inventory Photographer to support dealership operations by capturing and merchandising vehicle inventory for online sale. Using a company‑issued iPhone and app, you’ll ensure every vehicle is accurately documented and presented with professional-quality photos, spins, and videos.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, being outdoors, and maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Travel to assigned dealership locations using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed between stops).
Accurately locate vehicles, verify inventory, and ensure each unit is ready for photography.
Capture high-quality photos, 360° spins, and videos using a company-provided iPhone.
Move and stage vehicles safely for optimal presentation and consistency.
Apply window labels as needed and confirm vehicle details match dealership inventory.
Communicate with dealership staff about vehicles not ready, missing, or needing attention.
Maintain tracking of completed work through the company app and follow up on pending units.
What We’re Looking For No prior photography experience? No problem—we provide paid training to set you up for success.
Have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
Are comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Are confident moving and staging vehicles (manual transmission experience a plus).
Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Are organized, self‑motivated, and thrive in independent work settings.
Take pride in keeping inventory accurate and visually consistent.
Requirements
Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
Experience with manual transmission vehicles (preferred, not required).
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
Ability to adapt to changing conditions and meet daily goals.
Comfort using mobile apps and technology.
