The Marketing Manager is responsible for refining and driving product messaging, leading content development, managing marketing collateral, and supporting cross‑functional initiatives. This person will carry out the objectives and goals of the marketing strategy through creating written and visual content, organizing events, managing marketing campaigns, and maintaining various aspects of the CRM and marketing automation programs. This position plays a critical role in enabling successful product launches, supporting sales enablement, and increasing brand visibility. You’ll collaborate with Cortechs.ai global team (Product Management, R&D, Commercial).
Responsibilities
Develop and refine clear, concise, and compelling product messaging and positioning across all product offerings.
Ensure consistency across all customer‑facing materials, both digital and print.
Act as a bridge between product and marketing to unify messaging and narrative direction.
Content Development & Creative Oversight
Manage the creation of product brochures, white papers, reports, email campaigns, and training materials.
Oversee website content development and enhancements to reflect updated positioning and marketing strategy.
Lead internal and external report redesigns for greater clarity, usability, and visual impact.
Tradeshow & Event Management
Manage the planning, preparation, and execution of tradeshows, conferences, symposia, and customer events to ensure consistent brand representation and strategic impact.
Coordinate event logistics, marketing materials, messaging, and on‑site support in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
Marketing Language & Guidelines
Develop and maintain Cortechs.ai’s marketing style guide including tone, terminology, and visual identity alignment.
Ensure adherence to guidelines across all teams and content types.
Build pre‑sale and post‑sale materials, including case studies, KOL testimonials, onboarding plans, and datasheets.
Ensure materials are aligned with product launches and commercial strategies.
Customer Relationship Management & Feedback Integration
Manage relationships with key customers to support development of case studies, webinars, and testimonial videos.
Establish a structured system for gathering customer feedback and integrating actionable insights into product marketing.
Cross Functional Collaboration
Actively collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Commercial, and Clinical teams.
Participate in monthly meetings to align on goals, share updates, and gather insights.
Serve as a liaison between Product and Marketing on joint initiatives.
Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of marketing experience within the healthcare industry.
2+ year experience in healthcare or biotech (preferred).
Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
Competency with Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design platforms.
Experience with WordPress and Google Analytics (preferred).
SEO strategy experience and execution.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience managing marketing automation systems and CRM platforms.
Strong organizational and creative project management skills.
