We’re seeking an AssistantCookie BDC/Rental Manager who’s ready to take charge, support daily operations, and ensure every customer interaction is smooth, efficient, and memorable. This hybrid role blends business development, customer service, and rental coordination—making you a key player in both our sales and service departments.

Assistant BDC/Rental Manager Job Responsibilities
Assist in managing incoming sales and service leads through phone, email, and online inquiries.
Schedule appointments and follow up with potential customers to support the sales team.
Help coordinate the rental vehicle fleet, ensuring vehicles are clean, available, and properly documented.
Communicate effectively with service advisors, technicians, and customers to manage rental timelines and expectations.
Track performance metrics and support daily reporting to ensure department goals are met.
Step in to support the BDC Manager and Rental Manager as needed, keeping operations running smoothly.
Schedule:
4, 10 hour shifts

Qualifications BDC Manager Qualifications
Proven experience in a high-volume automotive Business Development Center (BDC).
Previous experience managing, supervising, and training a team is required.
Deep familiarity with CRM and DMS systems used in a fha automotive dealership.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage high call and internet lead volumes simultaneously.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a focus on world-class customer service.
Self-motivated,崑 enthusiastic, and goal-oriented attitude.
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screen.
