Data & Marketing Systems Senior Associate As a Data & Marketing Systems Senior Associate on the Performance Marketing Operations and Transformation team, you will execute and optimize data-driven targeting strategies, manage campaign analytics, and work closely with Marketing, Sales, Technology, and Product teams. Your hands‑on approach will help establish best practices, drive standardization, and support a culture of analytics-driven marketing.

Job Responsibilities

Execute and optimize data management strategies for marketing campaigns

Analyze and leverage data from multiple systems of record to refine customer targeting and improve performance metrics

Develop and maintain reusable marketing data outputs and documentation

Manage day‑to‑day execution, monitoring, and quality of data projects for audience targeting

Collaborate with product and technology teams to gather requirements and support omni‑channel initiatives

Build and maintain strong working relationships with project leads, stakeholders, and subject matter experts

Support business leadership in defining project objectives and planning deliverables

Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy standards

Provide hands‑on support for campaign analytics and reporting

Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

Mentor junior analysts and share best practices

Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field

3+ years of experience in data analytics or customer segmentation

Proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, Adobe, etc.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and communicate with non‑technical partners

Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles

Team player with ability to build strong cross‑business relationships

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience managing multiple projects and priorities

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

Experience in marketing operations or MarTech platforms

Familiarity with project management and agile tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, and Confluence

Experience with customer data platforms (CDP) or marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Segment, SAS, Adobe, Microsoft, etc.)

Experience working with marketing technology agencies or digital agencies

Solutions‑oriented mindset and ability to work under tight deadlines

Strong relationship development and negotiating skills
