Citadel Security USA is seeking a professional and customer-focused
Unarmed Security Officer
to support access control operations within a secure Security Operations Center in Denver, Colorado. This position is well suited for candidates who are attentive, reliable, and comfortable working in a structured environment that emphasizes professionalism, communication, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Control and monitor access to a secure operations center
Verify credentials and authorize entry for approved personnel and visitors
Support dispatch functions and communicate effectively with site leadership
Monitor security systems and report unusual or suspicious activity
Maintain a professional, courteous presence
Complete accurate daily activity logs and incident reports
Respond appropriately to security-related issues in accordance with site procedures
Qualifications
Denver Guard Card preferred; must be able to obtain one
Prior dispatch and/or CCTV monitoring experience preferred
Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
Ability to remain alert, professional, and composed in a structured security environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality
