Job Description As a Security Officer - Flex Patrol in Boise, ID, you will serve and safeguard clients across a variety of industries. As a Flex Part-Time Security Officer, you can build a schedule that works for you using our Claim a Shift platform. You will monitor and patrol assigned locations, deter security-related incidents, conduct routine patrols, engage with the public, and provide outstanding customer service and communication.
Position Type Flex Part-Time
Pay Rate $19.00 / Hour
Job Schedule Thursday 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM

What You’ll Do
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with problem‑solving skills.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
Minimum Requirements
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Background investigation required per federal, state, and local laws.
Consideration of qualified applications with criminal histories consistent with applicable laws.
Drug screen required to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements subject to state and local laws; may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
