About Us At Home Instead in Shrewsbury, NJ, we help seniors across Monmouth County live independently, at home, with dignity and compassion. Our free program provides step‑by‑step guidance to obtain your CHHA license, with the goal of having you join our team as a caregiver.
Training Program Requirements
21 years or older
Resides in Monmouth County, NJ
NJ driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Clean background / criminal record
CHHA Duties May Include
Companionship and conversation
Light housekeeping, meal prep, assist with eating
Medication and appointment reminders
Assistance with grooming, bathing, dressing, and toileting
Alzheimer’s care
Shifts Available
Mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnights
Live‑in care
Weekdays and weekends
