International Friendships, Inc. (IFI) is a growing faith‑based organization that extends life‑changing hospitality and friendship to international college students through airport pickups, holiday hosting, temporary housing, conversation partnerships, social events, and trips.
Findlay Ministry Leader Overview As part of the Northwest Ohio ministry team, you will serve the 250+ international students at the University of Findlay, building relationships with university staff, church partners, and volunteers, leading ministry efforts, and organizing cultural events.
mountain Work Schedule
Full‑ or part‑time, flexible schedule
Occasional evenings and/or weekends for specific events/projects
Attendance at several conferences each year, including IFI Staff Retreats
Pay Structure
Requires the development of a ministry partner team that provides prayer and financial support to cover salary, benefits, and ministry expenses
Training is provided to develop a team of ministry partners
Pay range typically between $25,709 and $80,000 after the period of support development, based on experience and other factors

Responsibilities
Establish presence by building relationships with university staff, church partners, and volunteers
Lead location ministry efforts, mobilize others to host Bible discussion groups, and organize cultural events
Ensure IFI is recognized as a student organization and maintain strong campus relationships
Qualifications
Adherence to IFI's statement of faith, core values, and policies
Faithful, loyal, and dedicated to IFI's mandate of extending God's love globally
Well organized with attention to detail; able to complete tasks independently
Self‑starter, able to work independently and as a team player
Ability to work under stress and be flexible
Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office and Google applications
Education / Experience \ vibramate
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in education and/or ministry‑related field, or demonstrated experience in mobilizing, training, and ministering to people
