Job Description The Manager, Inside Sales will have experience in managing inside sales operations, driving revenue growth, and fostering a high-performance sales culture. The role will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day inside sales activities, coaching a team to meet sales targets, and developing strategies to enhance productivity, customer engagement, and lead conversion.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives.

Provide coaching, performance feedback, and support to ensure team members meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.

Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, sales reviews, and performance evaluations.

Recruit and onboard new sales team members as needed.

Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.

Establish sales targets and KPIs for the team, track performance, and adjust tactics to ensure success.

Ensure the team effectively uses CRM tools to manage leads, sales pipeline, and customer interactions.

Drive the adoption of new sales techniques and technologies to enhance the team’s productivity and results.

Build and nurture relationships with key accounts and strategic clients.

Work with the sales team to ensure a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach that delivers value to customers.

Oversee the resolution of any customer issues or concerns escalated by the sales team.

Work closely with marketing to align on lead generation, campaigns, and messaging.

Collaborate with customer success, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless customer experience and product delivery.

Provide feedback on customer trends and market conditions to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Analyze sales performance data and provide insights to improve individual and team productivity.

Create and present regular sales reports, forecasting, and performance reviews to senior management.

Continuously track market trends and competitive activity to identify new business opportunities.

Skills & Requirements Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred

Five (5)+ years of experience in inside sales

Two (2) years in a leadership role

Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales goals and leading teams successfully

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and sales technologies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to coach, motivate, and develop a sales team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

High level of initiative, adaptability, and strategic thinking.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required

Knowledge of and an interest in current healthcare business challenges, products and sales practices

Tech savvy and strong initiative to learn physician work flow and industry items that impact Greenway customers

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is necessary

Advanced knowledge and understanding of how to use Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint skills relevant to business is required

Work Environment/Physical Demands

While at work, this position is primarily a sedentary job and requires that the associate can work in an environment where they will consistently be seated for the majority of the workday

This role requires that one can sit and regularly type on a keyboard the majority of the workday

This position requires the ability to observe a computer screen for long periods of time to observe their own and others’ work, as well as in-coming and out-going communications via the computer and/or mobile devices

The role necessitates the ability to listen and speak clearly to customers and other associates

Ability to travel up to 25%
