Field Service Technician
An individual who is technically or mechanically inclined that can help operate equipment for trials in a food manufacturing facility.
This person will need to be flexible, and will do a variety of tasks including receiving and scaling materials, loading ingredients into equipment, operating equipment, and performing minor repairs with team members when needed. They will also be asked to help support the team in other initiatives occasionally regarding quality, safety, and overall pilot plant performance.
Responsibilities
Operate equipment for trials in a food manufacturing facility.
Receive, scale, and load ingredients into equipment.
Perform minor repairs on equipment as needed.
Support quality, safety, and overall pilot plant performance initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum Associate’s Degree; Bachelor’s and/or Engineering Degree strongly preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Work 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
Must wear anti‑slip and steel‑toed shoes.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand on feet for long periods.
