Office of State Human Resources' .* Demonstrated experience providing strategic and operational leadership for health or human service programs, NC Medicaid and managed care and health care delivery systems (primary care, behavioral health and dental), or rural health programs.* Ability to develop organization, operation, and objectives of the Rural Health Transformation Office.* Ability to synthesize evaluation/outcomes to share with DHHS leadership and other related governmental agencies.* Thorough knowledge of federal and State laws, rules, and regulations pertinent to DHHS and the Rural Health Transformation Office.* Thorough knowledge of the target service population.* Ability to develop RHTP Office goals and objectives and evaluate programs and provide strategic oversight to ensure achievement of goals.* Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with a focus on outcomes, timelines, and resource alignment.* Demonstrated experience building and maintaining collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders, including elected officials, government agencies, healthcare providers, consumer and advocacy groups, or community organizations.**Compensation & Benefits:**
