Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role based in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area, offering the flexibility of partial remote work. The Account Executive will be responsible for cultivating relationships with potential and existing clients to identify opportunities for growing business accounts. Day‑to‑day tasks include prospecting, conducting client presentations, managing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. The Account Executive will also work closely with cross‑functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and align with the company’s mission to enhance commercial spaces.
Qualifications
Proven skills in sales, client relationship management, and customer service
Strong ability to identify business opportunities and deliver tailored solutions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic business software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
Strong organizational and time‑management skills to prioritize multiple projects effectively
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in‑office presence with remote responsibilitiesव्य>
Experience in the commercial design, interior landscaping, or related industry is a plus
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
