Starting base compensation: $18.82 to $29.31 per hour (adjusted based on experience, location, etc.) Opportunity to earn incentive pay (average payout $162.00–$389.00 per month) पात्रता burden hours: Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM–3:00 PM (37.5 hour work week) No Sundays Full‑time associates accrue up to three weeks of paid time off during the first year Benefits

Consistently upsell and cross‑sell AAA products such as memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals Assist members in planning domestic travel vacations, including car rentals, hotels, vacation packages, maps, and tour books Answer overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during peak volumes Act as backup in cashiering, tag & title, and IDEMIA services as needed Qualifications
Previous sales and customer service experience, with an ability to drive results and exceed expectations Effective written and oral communication skills Proficiency navigating multiple websites and programs Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment Basic geography knowledge beneficial High school diploma or equivalent Satisfactory pre‑employment and post‑employment screenings, including criminal, drug, and state/vendor specific screenings Ability to obtain necessary membership license as required Job Information
