Base pay range: $88,000.00/yr - $108,000.00/yr

Job Overview We’re searching for a standout performer to join our growing sales team. This role involves leading direct sales efforts in a designated territory, engaging small- and medium-sized businesses, and promoting top-notch supplemental insurance products to both business owners and employees. You will interact directly with business owners, benefits managers, and employees, sometimes presenting to groups of 50–100+. As a sales leader, you will drive outreach, mentor new team members, and make a significant impact on the organization.

Responsibilities The Sales Team Lead will spend part of the week actively participating in sales activities while balancing sales goals with training and mentoring new team members. This demands strong sales skills and prior experience in mentorship or leadership.

Additional Qualifications

Pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check

Active driver’s license and reliable transportation

Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willingness to obtain; study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursed)

Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years post‑high‑school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will also be considered)
