Posted: January 12, 2026 – Full‑time, Remote; Target area: Central East region, United States. Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals, health systems, community clinics, IDNs and pharmacy departments. Collaborate with healthcare providers and health systems to integrate Tolmar’s products, optimize placement, and drive utilization. Attend to the full sales cycle for Rx and Mx products, including product demonstrations, mixing, and administration. Serve as liaison between the company and health systems, gathering feedback and ensuring alignment with sales goals. Partner cross‑functionally with marketing, corporate accounts, and medical affairs teams to meet account needs. Use data analysis to present findings and support decision‑making within accounts. Qualifications

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Pharmacy, Health Administration, Life Sciences or related field. At least 5 years of proven success in health‑system selling, including formulary processes and pharmacy advocacy. Experience with buy‑&‑bill product promotion and Rx sales models in specialty and in‑patient pharmacies. Strong understanding of healthcare systems, payer structures, and ability to navigate complex sales journeys. Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce; valid driver’s license. Preferred: Advanced degree or certifications in healthcare or health‑systems management. Prior experience in pediatric endocrinology product lines. Working Conditions

Remote, field‑based; requires travel to healthcare facilities and conferences up to 70% of the time. Ability to drive a company vehicle with appropriate insurance. Compensation

Base salary range: $165,000 – $230,000 annually, plus an incentive compensation plan. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. Benefits
