ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Maintain quality and production standards while operating equipment

General cleaning of operational equipment (labeler brushes, packer air bags, infeed rails, spills, etc.)

Possess overall knowledge and understanding of the entire production line

Ability to stack and un-stack cases; pack boxes.

Ability to inspect bottles and cases.

Ability to communicate and understand numerous product changes, boxes, labels, etc.

Ability to complete necessary paperwork

Quality at the Source testing, where applicable to operations

Ensures compliance with corporate standards and systems to monitor food safety, food safety culture, quality and facility cleanliness

Other duties as assigned

FOOD SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES

Producing product free of contamination

Following all Ken’s Foods SQF, Security and GMP policies

Reporting any suspicious activities anywhere in or around the plant

Inspection of work area for any possible product contamination issues on a continuous basis

Machine Operator MA/GA/NV. While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The Team Member is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and risk of electrical shock. The Team Member is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; toxic or caustic chemicals; and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
