Vitalant is seeking a Sales Support Specialist I dedicated to supporting our life‑saving mission through donor recruitment and blood drive coordination. What to Expect Schedule: 40 hours weekly, hours scheduled between 6:30am and 7pm with occasional evenings/weekends.

As a Sales Support Specialist I, you'll get to
Coordinate and support virtual and onsite blood drives in alignment with enterprise goals.
Engage blood drive coordinators to increase donor participation and retention.
Assist with donor recruitment initiatives, including outreach to first‑time donors.
Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity using established systems.
Support special projects and assist with training and onboarding of new and existing staff.
Provide high‑quality customer service to internal and external customers.
Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, external regulations, and software usage standards.
Collaborate with field teams and cross‑functional partners to support operational success.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valid in‑state driver's license required.
