Join TE Connectivity as a Regional Account Manager (Utilities) and partner with utility clients across the Pacific Northwest, providing strategic sales and solutions to increase revenue and market share.
Job Overview As part of TE Energy’s Renewable Energy & Grid Modernization team, you will manage a portfolio of utility accounts, driving new business, expanding product adoption, and deepening partner relationships. The role is notice‑based, requires frequent travel within Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, Utah, and Hawaii, and is ideal for candidates residing in the Portland, Seattle, or Boise area.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account growth plans aligned with TE’s product roadmap.
Lead end‑to‑end commercial activities: offer creation, project contracting, price & contract negotiations, and follow‑up on opportunities.
Maintain accurate forecasting and KPI tracking (Revenue Growth, Market Share, Preferred Supplier Status).
Coordinate with internal teams—Engineering, Product Management, Finance—to secure resources, pricing, and support for customer projects.
Deliver consultative selling to utilities and distributors covering SAFE & protection solutions, smart‑grid technology, and grounding applications.
Handle quality issues, financial matters, and receivables to ensure timely project closure.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Five or more years of electrical utilities sales experience.
Deep knowledge of utility applications ranging 600 V–35 000 V.
Experience with underground cable accessories, wildlife & asset protection, overhead connectors, smart grid, and grounding solutions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and deadline‑management skills.
Flexible with travel—and availability for overnight stays 1–2 nights per week.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary: $91,600–$137,300 (location dependent).
Sales incentive plan: 20 % bonus at target with accelerators.
