What You’ll Do
Be the quality eyes on our construction projects – testing materials like concrete and asphalt.
Take measurements, document results, and ensure our road construction meets strict standards.
Work outdoors at various project sites throughout Wisconsin and learn valuable technical skills from day one.

What We’re Looking For
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Willingness to work flexible hours (construction schedules vary)
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
Basic math skills (we’ll teach you what you need!)
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required for the right person)
