About the Role Covenant Case Management Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Support Professionals to provide supported employment and community living support care for an individual with intellectual disabilities in the Charlotte area. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the individual's needs are/includes met and providing a safe and supportive environment both in the home and in the community.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one support, assistance, and companionship.

Ensure the individual's safety and well-being in the home and community.

Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere.

Follow agency policies and procedures.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver's license.

Ability to pass a background check.

Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compassionate and patient demeanor.
