Full‑time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) qualifications include:
Current Georgia Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License
One year of experience working in a Long‑term Care/Skilled Nursing community but willing to train new grads
Experience working in a Person‑Directed Care community preferred
Current CPR/BLS First Aid Certification
Genuine passion for working with elders
Strong team work/collaboration skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience with Net Health preferred)
Strong organization and time management skills
