Frame-to-finish residential remodeling and additions carpentry
Structural modifications (removing walls, installing beams)
Window and door changes
Kitchens, finish carpentry, and millwork installation
Exterior trim and siding may be performed depending on project scope
Larger additions and major framing typically subcontracted
Candidate must understand the full remodeling lifecycle even when not self-performing all scopes
Nice-to-Haves
Bilingual: Spanish or Portuguese
Long tenure in high-end residential remodeling environments
Prior experience acting as the sole onsite representative
