Reports to : Foreman, Superintendent.
Position Overview
This is a general interest posting for experienced building trades workers. We regularly hire across multiple trades as projects ramp up. If you’ve worked in the field for a general contractor and take pride in solid, code‑compliant work, we want to connect.
Trades We Commonly Staff
Metal Stud Framing Carpenter
Wood Framing Carpenter
Finish Carpenter
Door Hardware
Concrete and formwork
Rebar \lder
Typical Responsibilities
Perform trade‑specific work according to plans and specifications.
Read basic drawings and follow scope direction.
Coordinate work with other trades on active job sites.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
Use tools and equipment safely and correctly.
Follow company safety standards and site rules.
What We’re Looking For
Building trade experience required.
Prior work for a general contractor strongly preferred.
Ability to work independently or as part of a crew.
Strong attention to quality and detail.
Understanding of job site safety and procedures.
Reliable transportation to job sites.
Compensation
Pay is based on trade, experience, and project requirements.
