Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership.
Manage complex calendars and coordinate board and committee meetings.
Act as primary liaison, ensuring executive materials, agendas, and minutes adhere to governance standards.
Handle travel management and expense tracking, maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Support strategic planning and cross‑functional initiatives, keeping the leadership team focused on priorities.
Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Four to seven years of executive or senior administrative experience, preferably within a financial institution or regulated environment.
Experience supporting executive leadership or a Board of Directors preferred.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and time‑management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management tools.
