The Opportunity:

Associate Home Advisors play a critical role in the HomeLend growth engine. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with consumers, qualifying interest, and helping borrowers take their first steps toward homeownership or refinancing.

Our marketing and technology platforms generate a steady flow of inbound consumer demand, allowing Associate Home Advisors to focus on engaging, educating, and qualifying borrowers, rather than cold prospecting. You’ll work closely with licensed Loan Officers and Sales Leadership to move borrowers through the early stages of the mortgage journey.

This role is also designed as a pathway into licensed mortgage production for high performers.

Career Growth Associates who consistently meet performance expectations and obtain their NMLS license can progress into

Licensed AE Loan Officer

roles within HomeLend’s Consumer Direct team. Advancement is performance‑based, with opportunities to grow into senior production or leadership roles over time.

Key Responsibilitieslabs

Engage with prospective customers via phone, text, and email بأ أسحmil> Qualify inbound consumer leads and identify borrower goals

Educate customers on the homebuying and refinancing process

Take a consultative approach to guide borrowers forward

Partner closely with Loan Officers to nurture and advance the pipeline

Build rapport and maintain consistent follow‑up

Meet or exceed monthly performance metrics

Obtain and maintain NMLS licensingNuestro> (within first 90 days)

Weekend availability may be required based on business needs

About You

0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a consumer‑facing role

Strong interest in building a career in mortgage or financial services Confident communicator with a customer‑first mindset

Comfortable working toward goals in a fast‑paced environment

High level of integrity, accountability, and work ethic

Coachable and open to feedback

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $45,000 – $55,000 annually, depending on experience

Performance‑based incentives: Paid monthly based on engagement and conversion metrics

Typical first‑year total compensation: $45,000 – $65,000
