Responsibilities The CQI nurse monitors недостатe patients from intake through release, advocating for patient needs and acting as a liaison between multiple systems. Responsibilities include:
Daily care‑management case calls and site log oversight (infirmary placement, COVID monitoring, behavioral health patients, hunger strikes, crisis management).
Ensuring continuity of care and proactive collaboration with offenders’ support networks.
Schedule Full Time, Day Shift
