Residential Services Supervisor We are seeking a dedicated Residential Services Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our licensed group homes. Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of licensed group homes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies

Serve as the senior Direct Support Professional (DSP) within the program, providing guidance and mentorship to assigned DSPs

Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and smooth home operations

Ensure all residents’ plans are followed accurately and documented appropriately

Facilitate routine tasks such as shopping, scheduling medical appointments, and other necessary activities to support residents’ well-being

Maintain clear and effective communication as the primary liaison between the group home, guardians, DSPs, and outside therapists

Monitor and support staff performance, providing training and coaching as needed to promote professional growth

Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and staff

Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in residential care, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role

Strong knowledge of regulations and best practices related to licensed group homes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of Direct Support Professionals

Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving residents’ quality of life

Valid driver’s license and ability to perform routine errands and appointments as required

Three years experience with intellectual disabilities or autism
