Amazon Leo is a low Earth orbit satellite broadband network designed to deliver fast, reliable internet globally to households, schools, hospitals, businesses, government agencies, and underserved communities.

Key Job Responsibilities
Execute system integration and continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with Supply Chain, Global Trade, Finance, and cross‑functional stakeholders
Build and maintain relationships with Logistics Service Providers and suppliers to support operational goals
Deliver program KPIs and metrics reporting, and participate in regular business reviews (WBR/MBR)
Conduct risk assessments, establish and document standard operating procedures, and identify continuous improvement opportunities
Support cost optimization efforts and contribute to budget forecasting processes (OP1/OP2)
Implement scalable solutions that advance Leo Logistics objectives
A Day in the Life You will manage two to three medium‑size programs with guidance from senior leadership, partnering with managers to secure resources, define scope, set priorities and milestones, and drive delivery. Success requires analytical capabilities, strong stakeholder management, clear communication, and data‑driven decision‑making. You will collaborate across multiple teams, contribute to roadmap discussions, and may interact with external partners.
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams
Bachelor’s degree, or 3 years of relevant program management experience
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of driving end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
3+ years of driving process improvements
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

The base salary range for this position is $82,700.00 – $129,800.00 USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
