The Kiosk Field Support position supports Sports Book operations with kiosk drops, cash moves, and supply deliveries, delivering a compliant environment with Gaming Control Board Laws, regulations, rules and procedures, and building strong relationships with District Managers, casino partners and the sportsbook team.

What You Will Do

Discover and implement practices and procedures to optimize usability and peak customer experience on kiosk terminals.

Identify and act on opportunities to improve support mechanisms as to best support book teams and DM.

Resolve and report book team concerns/complaints on kiosk operations.

Proactively build and retain great working relationships with District Manager's and casino partners.

Deliver a compliant environment with Gaming Control Board Laws, regulations, rules and procedures.

Collaborate with the other members of the sportsbook team and Management to create long‑term support strategy.

Communicate effectively, cascade relevant information and encourage feedback.

Establish effective and professional relationships with all levels of William Hill employees and clients/vendors.

Promote a positive image for William Hill within the industry and community.

What You Will Need

Creative problem‑solving skills.

Strong technical understanding of CBS equipment.

Ability to identify and fix problems without supervision.

Strong analytical skills.

Ability to manage a diverse range of activities.

Effectiveness at planning and prioritizing.

Willingness to drive on a regular basis.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.

Must be able to lift, pull or push 25 lbs.

Must be able to write for extended periods of time.

Must be able to twist, bend or reach with no significant boundaries.

This position may be exposed to a smoke‑filled environment.
