We’re looking for a Marketing Director who can authentically capturethat energy and tell our story in a way that resonates with today’sindependent seniors and their families. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ The Opportunity This role is ideal for a marketer who understands that senior livingis not a product—it’s a promise. You will be responsible for positioning our community as the rightnext chapter for independent seniors who want connection, purpose,freedom, and fun—without sacrificing comfort or autonomy. You’ll work closely with the Executive Director and leadership team todrive occupancy, strengthen brand presence, and ensure everytouchpoint reflects who we truly are. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ What You’ll Do Tell Our Story Capture the lived experience of our residents through compellingstorytelling (digital, print, in-person, and experiential). Highlight resident voices, daily life, activities, amenities, andculture in an authentic, engaging way. Translate “what it feels like to live here” into messaging thatresonates emotionally. Drive Lead Generation & Occupancy Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract qualifiedindependent-living prospects. Manage the full sales and marketing funnel—from awareness to tour to move-in. Track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance and lead sources. Digital & Brand Presence Oversee website content, social media, email campaigns, advertising,and community outreach. Ensure consistent brand voice, visuals, and messaging across all platforms. Leverage photography, video, and resident stories to bring thecommunity to life. Community Engagement & Outreach Build relationships with local organizations, referral sources, andcommunity partners. Plan and promote events, open houses, and resident-focused experiences. Serve as a visible ambassador of the community—on campus and off. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Who You Are You might be a great fit if you are: A creative marketer who loves storytelling and human-centered branding. Equally comfortable with strategy, execution, and relationship-building. Experienced in lifestyle marketing, hospitality, senior living,healthcare, real estate, or community-based sales. Energized by working in a people-first environment. Organized, self-directed, and comfortable owning results. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Qualifications Marketing, sales, or brand leadership experience (seniorliving experience is a plus, not a requirement). Proven success in lead generation, occupancy growth, or customer acquisition. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Digital marketing fluency (web, email, social media, CRM systems).
