The Lab Manager will work closely with Dr. Hoggard—Director of the RICH Lab—to help coordinate participant recruitment, collect and manage data, maintain laboratory operations and organization, and oversee undergraduate research assistants on related projects. There will also be opportunities to assist with manuscript preparation and submissions.

Work Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (flexible).
Requirements and Preferences B.A. or B.S. degree in Psychology, Sociology, Public Health, Statistics, or related fieldsPues.
Required Skills
Prior research experience.
Experience designing/building surveys using Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, REDCap, etc.
Experience using SPSS or R statistical software and performing data analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Strong organizational skills and work ethic.
Highly motivated, diligent, and reliable.
Strong time management skills and ability to adhere to deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Preferred Experience, Skills, Training, Education
Interests in working with minoritized populations.
Experience recruiting community samples/participants.
Experience using wearable devices in field-based research or physiological hardware in laboratory settings (preferred but not required).
