Event Services Group (ESG) is looking for a dedicated and proactive Event Project Manager to join our growing team. In this full-time role, you will lead production-based projects from kickoff to final delivery. Ideal candidates will bring strong experience in event production, fabrication, or related industries, and possess the skills to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and drive projects forward with clarity and precision. Manage event production and fabrication projects from planning to completion. Develop and maintain production timelines and ensure benchmarks are consistently met. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate work orders, cost estimates, and production goals. Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders, vendors, and management. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure alignment with client and company goals. Conduct site visits and oversee production execution as needed. Track change orders and provide regular project status updates. Conduct project close-outs, identifying lessons learned and opportunities for improvement. Qualifications

3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in event production or fabrication. Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Event Management, or a related field preferred. PMP certification is a plus. Ability to read shop drawings and interpret technical specifications. Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple projects in a high-pressure environment. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed. Benefits
