Enjoy support for your personal growth within the organization, from those just starting their healthcare careers to those who are years down the path.**Be part of something extraordinary at Nebraska Medicine!****The Transplant Data Analyst** will support the monitoring, validation, analyses, and reporting efforts associated with the transplant program, QAPI, quality improvement initiatives.

**Required Qualifications: The Transplant Data Analyst**

• Minimum of five years of experience in data management required.

• Bachelor's degree in public health, healthcare, business, statistics, industrial engineering, or a similar field is required.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or database programs required.

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint required.

• Working knowledge of database management required.

• Accuracy on all work products with utmost reliability required.

• Applied proven analytical skills required.

• Ability to identify and comprehend clinically relevant information and present in format that others, with little experience with the data, can understand required.

• Critical thinking skills and ability to develop alternative solutions so that information system limitations do not impede completion of a project required.

• Ability to translate customer request into a meaningful solution required.

• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and prioritize tasks to be completed within tight timeframe required.

• Comfort level to manage shifting priorities and the ambiguity of change required.

• Knowledge of basic statistics required.

**Preferred Qualifications: The Transplant Data Analyst**

• Experience with Access databases, SQL queries, crystal reports or similar product preferred.

• Experience in performance improvement and project management preferred.
