Associate Photographer - Tampa, FL We have been living and breathing the world of real estate information and online marketplaces for over 35 years, giving us the perspective to create truly unique and valuable offerings to our customers. This role involves creating virtual tours, floorplans and photography for residential homes, using Matterport Pro3 cameras, digital camera equipment and iPad. Each Associate Photographer is assigned a core territory to service Homes.com and Apartments.com clients. The role includes scheduling defined appointments to scan homes and apartments, capturing virtual tours and floor plans, and providing residential photography for marketing to future owners and renters. The photographer works closely with clients, sales, logistics and the management team, with remote management by a Photography Manager in local markets. Responsibilities

Support marketing efforts on Homes.com and Apartments.com by capturing 3-D virtual tours and floor footprints. Build a portfolio of photographs that features homes and apartments using effective photography techniques. Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands. Communicate professionally with clients, sales, researcher partners, and management to prioritize initiatives and tasks. Identify new inventory and photography opportunities within assigned markets to ensure comprehensive real estate data coverage. Adhere to CoStar safety standards for vehicle and equipment safety. Represent CoStar professionally at all times. Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed. Physical Requirements

Repetitive and standing/walking for up to 8 hours per day, with driving between locations. Must lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds. Repetitive hand and arm movements for operating camera equipment and tablets/laptops. Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying are necessary to perform job functions. Ability to work and drive outside during all seasons and work weekends on a rotating schedule. Qualifications

At least 2 years of professional experience. Real estate photography experience required. Experience as a professional photographer, or a recently earned degree in photography. Drone photography experience with FAA Part 107 license/certification obtained within 30 days of offer. Strong time management and detail-oriented skills. Ability to accurately capture and enter data. Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills. Proficient with Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; field experience preferred. Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license. Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record check prior to start; driving history must reflect responsible driving behavior and compliance with traffic laws. Compensation

The Associate Photographer position is hourly plus bonus-eligible, with bonuses paid on a monthly cycle based on performance metrics. The role offers an estimated annual pay of $50,000, with potential for monthly bonuses. What’s In It For You?
