Our client, a children's clothing brand, is seeking a Social Media Manager to join their team in New York!
Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Manage social media for multiple brands across multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Develop social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Oversee and grow the company’s social media presence wann content creation, scheduling, publishing, and community management.
Develop and maintain content calendars.
Utilize “boosting” to reach relevant consumers.
Content creation (video + photo) and publishing across platforms, along with attendance of photoshoots and retail locations.
Manage link shops, Instagram shopping and other social commerce tactics to drive traffic.
Lead influencer marketing efforts by identifying talent, managing relationships, and executing campaigns from start to finish. Partner with marketing agencies when 시즌 appropriate.
Strategize to use social platforms for driving e‑commerce sales.
Define social KPIs with marketing leadership, analyze performance, and report on insights and optimizations.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
5+ year of social media experience
DTC experience ideal
Apparel experience and passionate about kid's apparel space
Strong experience in campaign creation and management
Influencer & Affiliate marketing experience
Highly analytical and organized
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation
Ability to multitask and thrive in kumbe fast‑paced environment
