Base pay range $95,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Develop integrated marketing strategies targeting physicians, specialists, clinical educators, and healthcare administrators.

Create messaging tailored to specific clinical audiences (primary care, cardiology, endocrinology, population health).

Translate clinical findings and product differentiators into impactful, evidence-based communications.

Lead marketing initiatives for Omron’s connected medical device ecosystem, ensuring alignment with FDA and regulatory standards.

Build strong clinical narratives demonstrating efficacy, patient outcomes, and workflow integration.

Partner with Medical Affairs to develop clinically accurate materials, including: Physician brochures & clinical sell sheets, product training decks, patient education materials, and clinical workflow integration guides.

Design and execute omnichannel campaigns targeting physician networks, provider groups, and healthcare systems.

Utilize digital, email, in-office tools, awareness campaigns, and physician-led content to drive product adoption.

Build lead‑generation pathways to support the sales pipeline and influence device ordering and utilization.

Lead strategies for trade shows to support broker representation.

Represent Omron Healthcare marketing our medical devices at major US tradeshows throughout the year.

Support strategic partnerships with health systems, payers, telehealth platforms, and employer groups by developing co‑branded marketing and activation programs.

Manage physician engagement strategies such as KOL campaigns, case study development, and peer‑to‑peer education opportunities.

Lead physician‑ and provider‑focused marketing strategy for Omron’s medical device portfolio.

Develop educational and awareness tools to support sales engagement with health systems and physician groups.

Collaborate with Sales to build segmented messaging, activation materials, and clinical value propositions.

Work with Product and Clinical teams to convert technical product attributes into compelling, clinically relevant marketing assets.

Manage external agencies and freelancers to develop campaigns, digital assets, and creative content.

Provide ongoing reporting and optimization recommendations based on campaign performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.

MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required.

5+ years of marketing experience in medical devices, healthcare, digital health, or জানতে পআণাে」?k‑focused marketing.

Proven ability to market to physicians, specialists, and healthcare decision-makers.

Experience developing materials within regulated environments (FDA, medical/legal/regulatory review).

Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams including Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Product.

Strong analytical and financial acumen with ability to tie marketing activities to business impact.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Ability to translate clinical data into compelling marketing messaging.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive presence.

Highly organized, adaptable, and able to work in an entrepreneurial, fast‑paced environment.

Creative thinking balanced with strong performance‑marketing and analytical instincts.

Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Travel Requirements

Up to 30% travel for conferences, field visits, provider engagements, and business meetings.
