Base pay range $72,000 – $78,000 per year
Responsibilities
Serve as staff liaison to Columbia Alumni Association alumni groups, based on interest, identity, or industry.
Collaborate with university and school‑based alumni and student affairs counterparts to strengthen partnerships and develop opportunities to increase and deepen alumni and student engagement.
Work with the Senior Executive Director to grow the alumni group community’s leadership, plan strategically, increase volunteer management, and emphasize succession planning and governance.
Coordinate targeted outreach to broaden membership of existing groups.
Partner with other Office of Alumni and Development units to maximize CAA offerings and development opportunities that benefit the CAA and alumni group activity.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
Three (3) to five (5) years of related experience.
Subject to business needs, a hybrid work arrangement is supported for this position. Options will be discussed during the interview process.
