The US Home and Lifestyle (H&L) organization is seeking a talented Finance Manager to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to thought‑partner with category leaders, drive mission‑critical business decisions and provide finance leadership in one of the largest product families within US Stores.

The successful candidate will be a self‑starter with a deep passion for controllership and proven ability for PnL stewardship. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to broaden their end‑to‑end PnL management experience while influencing complex business decisions and deep diving high growth initiatives. Additionally, this person will cross‑functionally partner across operations, retail category leaders, merchandising and advertising and marketing teams to ensure we are striking optimal trade‑offs for decision support.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as Finance leader for the category, working directly with Category leaders to drive business forward.

Lead PnL reviews and present profitability insights.

Perform financial reporting, ad‑hoc business analyses and financial modeling.

Contribute to business decisions through insightful analysis, factoring in end‑to‑end impact to systems, and financial controls.

Lead and influence continuous improvement opportunities through automation.

Serve as PnL steward, facilitating reviews with cross‑functional partners and educating other stakeholders on topline vs bottomline trade‑offs and profit drivers.

Partner with Category teams and supply chain on accurate, timely forecasts that capture category‑specific nuances like seasonality.

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of tax, finance, or a related analytical field experience.

Knowledge of SQL/ETL.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science), or MBA and 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA, or CPA.

6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits).

Experience working with large‑scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).

Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
