Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care. Responsibilities include the operation of the scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. Responsibilities
Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect Maintain floor care cleanliness standards including operation of scrubber and buffer Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the Sales Floor, Backroom, Restrooms, etc. Adhere to Health and Safety policies and refill essential items in Lounge/Restrooms/Front End Cross-train in other areas of the store Support and respond to Front End coverage needs Adhere to merchandising philosophy and signage standards Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed Follow operational and loss prevention controls including shrink reduction Communicate effectively with management and associates Adhere to labor laws, policies, and meal/break period rules Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment Other duties as assigned Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills Able to work a flexible schedule Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and operate floor equipment Capable of multi-tasking Able to adapt to changes and unexpected situations Strong verbal and written communication skills Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation Team-oriented and able to work with peers and supervisors Retail customer experience preferred Location and Compensation
