Job Summary As a Manager In Training, you will support the daily operations of a retail location under the direction of the Regional Manager. The role involves sales, marketing, staffing, inventory control, and customer relations. After completing a 6‑month Manager In Training Program, you will be placed in a permanent management position that best fits your skills and development.
Responsibilities
Support the management of a ~30,000 sq. ft. warehouse/retail operation in a B2B sales environment and lead operations in the Branch Manager’s absence.
Maintain a detailed understanding of the location’s daily functions and operational needs; manage customer sales issues and assist with scheduling.
Develop and train 15–25 team members, ensuring consistent processes and procedures while modeling company values.
Utilize DISC profiling to build a cohesive, high‑performing team.
Maintain accurate inventory control and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Support department managers with daily inventory, merchandising, and sales operations.
Ensure company standards and procedures are followed, including escalation of customer/member complaints, incident reports, and legal actions.
Support Membership and Gold Membership growth year‑over‑year within the local market.
Support the growthš and utilization of TRS.com across our customer base.
Manage the overall safety and maintenance needs of the building and equipment.
Physical Requirements
Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 9 h/day.
Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50 lb.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in retail and/or supply chain management overseeing site operations and sales.
Associate’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Education This role does not require a degree. We value relevant skills and experience and alignment with our core values above all else.

Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems and project‑management tools.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical and complex concepts in a simple and concise way to ensure ease of understanding.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to quickly adapt as business needs change; address difficult كهرب with diplomacy and emotional intelligence.
