as an experienced Sales Associate to guide guests in choosing a Monthly Unlimited Wash Membership and offer additional wash packages.
Pay Base salary: $17.00/hr – $22.00/hr, plus commission.

Responsibilities
Greet guests and create an exceptional first impression
Offer and sell BLISS Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships and single wash packages, including upgrades
Maintain a safe, clean work area and adhere to safety protocol
Ensure vehicles are properly loaded and handled on the conveyor
Perform after‑hours site cleaning as scheduled
Provide excellent service to ensure a BLISSFUL experience for all guests
Follow brand standards and uniform guidelines
Be a team player and enjoy working outdoors
Qualifications
MUST HAVE SALES EXPERIENCE
Self‑motivated, sales‑oriented individual with high energy and positive attitude
Ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Demonstrated ability to adapt to high‑volume retail environment
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Flexibility to work varied hours and days as business dictates
Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, bend, reach, and stoop for extended periods
Schedule & Environment Full‑time, outdoors in a loud, vehicle‑heavy environment with exposure to fumes, cleaning solvents, and temperature fluctuations. Constant motion and physical activity required.
Reporting Reports to the Site Manager.
