Key Responsibilities
Assess residents’ strengths and social, emotional, and mental health needs through communication with residents, their support systems, and facility staff, and help identify or coordinate the services needed.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related human services field (e.g., sociology, gerontology, special education, rehabilitation counseling, psychology).
