The Program Manager Assistant for ABA Services CLR dedicates their work to the creation and implementation of individualized treatment plans, data collection, and direct behavioral interventions, while reporting to a BCBA. The role also supports the behavioralAngular intervention team and maintains comprehensive documentation of all client services. Damar’s services include: Intensive behavioral training Social & community training Speech & occupational therapy services Diagnostic services Community integration Benefits you’ll enjoy at Damar: Starting Salary: $62,000 Discretionary pay bonuses Paid CEUs Lower caseloads Trauma informed care Collaborative environment Growth opportunities Eligibility for Damar Advantage discounts at Damar Health Services and Damar Pharmacy Comprehensive training in verbal intervention and physical management techniques Medical, dental and vision insurance options Up to $3,000 per year in tuition assistance 401(k) plan participation Life insurance and additional voluntary options Short‑term and long‑term disability insurance options Paid holidays Paid time off (PTOủy) Key responsibilities include: Providing direct therapy and client‑specific training Ensuring RBTs are prepared for each therapy session Utilizing behavior skills training (BST) to model, observe and reinforce skills Providing a minimum of two hours or 5% of hours worked for each assigned RBT’s training Reviewing client data and graphs in Central Reach to guide interventions and ensure goal attainment Maintaining an up‑to‑date behavior intervention plan for each client or securing permission to operate without a BIP Training stakeholders in ABA techniques for generalization and maintenance of learned skills Participating in and overseeing data collection and use of XL data for continuous improvement Using data to establish discharge criteria and long‑term goals Maintaining productivity by staying abreast of billing hours and codes Applying Damar ABA training standards to program development Ensuring due dates for reauthorization reports are met Meeting regularly with the Program Coordinator Staying knowledgeable of evidence‑based assessments Essential job functions: Physical : Work in an office, stand or sit for prolonged periodsagerie; frequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; lift or carry up to 35 lbs; operate office equipment simpat. Travel to other locations as required. Vision : Normal visual range with or without correction. Hearing : Normal audio range with or without correction. Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and BCaBA certification Minimum two years of experience working with autism spectrum disorders, with a minimum of 18 months in an ABA setting Minimum age 21 (dependent upon program or department requirements) First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain) Critical Moments Training (CMT) certification (or ability to obtain) Valid Indiana driver’s license and driving record meeting Damar’s insurance carrier requirements (for positions requiring driving) Successful completion of a physical exam Background screening clearance per program assignment Seniority level
